The complaint alleged that on March 21, 1969, the defendant, the owner of a bookstore in the city of Appleton, sold three allegedly obscene magazines to one Robert F. Schreiter. The magazines were entitled, "Lasses and Glasses," "Cocktails," and "Affair."
